SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made on our website www.missmimz.com 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays)
  • For in-stock items and orders within West Malaysia, your delivery should be received within two (2) to four (4) working days after order verification and confirmation of payment. For East Malaysia, please allow five (5) to ten (10) working days.
  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
  • All products purchased are final and not open to any form of change. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. 
  • Our shipping charges for delivery are as follows:
    • Within West Malaysia, a flat rate of RM8.00
    • To East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM16.00
  • We will provide complimentary shipping (free-of-charge) for all orders above RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM120 (East Malaysia) on a single receipt. 
  • Our shipping charges are subject to change without notice. 
  • Retail Package Dimensions: For the above flat rate shipping, the package must not exceed the dimensions of 33cm x 26cm x 1cm and the total weight must not be more than 0.5kg. If the above is exceeded, the order is a bulk purchase and no longer deemed a retail purchase. We reserve the right to charge shipping according to the prevailing rates of our third-party logistics providers.
  • Logistics Providers: We send our packages via our third-party logistics providers. Any delays or mistakes in delivery are solely their responsibility and we are not to be held accountable for their errors or omissions.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Shipping labels are based on what the Customer inputs when making their order with us. If you have inadvertently  submitted an incorrect address, please email info@missmimz.com immediately with your Order Number and the correct address. If the order has already been sent out to the logistics provider, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to make the change for you. You may contact the provider directly to see if they are prepared to make the corrections to the address. Merchandise which is returned back to Miss Mimz by the logistics provider due to an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address; or merchandise which are refused at the point of delivery; will not have its shipping charges refunded. Should you wish it to be re-sent to the correct address, you will be required to pay new shipping charges.
  • Tracking your Order: If you have created an account with us, you may track the status of your delivery by logging into your account. Once you have made payment and your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This may take up to as much as 48 hours after payment. A second email will be received once your order has been shipped, and this will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your merchandise. Should there be an issue with the tracking number or delivery, please contact the logistics provider directly before contacting us. Allow the shipping time as stated earlier in this policy for the entire delivery process.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen products during delivery. If you suspect the merchandise is missing, please contact the logistics provider to file a claim, and request that they locate your order as soon as possible. Once you have filed a claim, please email us via info@missmimz.com with your Order Number, your Claim Number with the provider and the nature of the problem. Do keep us advised on the status and we will await the results of your claim with the logistics provider. In the event that the provider is unable to satisfactorily address the issue, Miss Mimz may at its own discretion and under no obligation to you, replace the lost or stolen merchandise.
  • Bulk Purchase: For bulk purchase or wholesale orders, do contact us to confirm and agree on the shipping costs before the order is processed.
  • International: For International shipping, please be advised that we only offer surface parcel delivery of up to 0.5kg on the website. Please contact us directly should you wish to purchase more than this amount or require faster delivery by air. We will only process the order upon mutual agreement of the shipping costs. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the Customs department of the country of delivery. Your country determines its own duty and customs charges, which may vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to advise you on the charges that you may incur from your government, and the onus is on you to seek clarification yourself on the exact amount that you will be charged, before you order. Miss Mimz has no liability to pay import taxes, custom duties or any other such fees on your behalf.
