Our Artistry Programme has been set up exclusively for Professional Makeup Artists and Makeup Students. Through our Artistry Programme, you can obtain discounts on the purchase of product from Miss Mimz and other benefits which may be announced from time to time. 

DO I QUALIFY? 

If you are a Professional Makeup Artist or a Student studying to become a Makeup Artist at an accredited school or college; and you have the required documentation as outlined below, you are qualified to join our Artistry Programme.  

HOW CAN I APPLY? 

  • Email info@missmimz.comand attach the required documentation as listed in the Terms and Conditions below. Please include the following details: Your full name, address, email address, date of birth & mobile number.
  • Our Miss Mimz team will aim to contact you within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your application.

We regret that we will not be able to consider applications that do not comply with the requirements as set out in the Terms and Conditions below. While we will endeavour to respond to all unsuccessful applicants; please assume your application was not successful if you do not receive a reply from us within fourteen (14) working days of your submission.

FAQs 

How do I become a member? 

As highlighted above, to become a member of Miss Mimz’s Artistry Programme, please email info@missmimz.com with the required documentation as listed in our Terms & Conditions below, as well as the following details: 

Full name (as per Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence), address, email address, date of birth and mobile number. 

How long will it take for my application to be processed? 

It may take up to fourteen (14) working days for your application to be processed. Please assume your application was not successful if you do not receive a reply from us within fourteen (14) working days of your submission. 

Is membership available in all countries? 

No, membership is only available to Malaysian citizens residing in MALAYSIA.

Where can I use my discount? 

Your 20% discount is only available on www.missmimz.com. The amount of the discount is subject to change to Miss Mimz’s discretion. 

Does my discount apply to all products? 

Your discount will be applicable on most products. However, your discount will not be applied to any products which have already been discounted, promotional items or special products. 

Is the membership free? 

Yes, our Miss Mimz Artistry Programme membership is free. This is subject to change at Miss Mimz’s discretion. 

How do I renew my membership? 

Our Miss Mimz Artistry Programme has 2 types of membership. Professional Makeup Artists are eligible to be members of Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Artists and Makeup Students can be members of Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Students  

Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Artists membership will be for a period of 2 years, and Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Students membership for 1 year. Upon expiry of your membership, you will need to re-apply to join the Artistry Programme by emailing the required documentation to: info@missmimz.com.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a Miss Mimz PRO membership, you must be an accredited Makeup Professional and fulfil the PRO requirements. Currently there is no membership fee to join but this is subject to change at Miss Mimz’s discretion.  

Only the PRO member shall be eligible for the PRO Discount. PRO discounts may not be shared with anyone else under any circumstances. Miss Mimz reserves the right to terminate your membership if there is found to be any abuse. Miss Mimz also reserves the right to verify your continued eligibility and may also amend the PRO requirements from time to time. 

MISS MIMZ PRO MAKEUP ARTISTS REQUIREMENTS 

Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Artist membership requirements are as follows: 

  • Valid photo identification (Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence).

In addition, please attach any two of the following: 

  • Your own professional business card; 
  • An editorial page or commercial magazine feature (within the last twelve (12) months) with your name credited on it;
  • A URL link to your own professional website; 
  • A Professional Makeup Certificate from an accredited school or college;
  • A reference letter from a professional beauty brand detailing your employment or artistry position;
  • Your own active professional social media business account (Instagram or Facebook).

MISS MIMZ PRO MAKEUP STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS 

Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Students membership requirements are as follows: 

  • Valid photo identification (Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence).
  • An Acceptance Letter from an accredited Makeup academy within the last twelve (12) months.

In addition, please attach any of the following if you have it: 

  • Your own professional business card; 
  • An editorial page or commercial magazine feature from the past year with your name credited on it;
  • A URL link to your own professional website; 
  • A reference letter from a professional beauty brand detailing your employment or artistry position;
  • Your own active professional social media business account (Instagram or Facebook).

How long is my membership valid for?

As highlighted above, your Miss Mimz Artistry Programme membership is valid for two (2) years (Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Artists) and one (1) year (Miss Mimz PRO Makeup Students) from the date of your successful application. 

The Benefits 

As a member of the Miss Mimz Artistry Programme, you will be able to enjoy a discount on purchases through our website; communications about the product including helpful tips and techniques and other benefits that will be informed from time to time. 

The Products 

Your discount will apply to all products available for purchase on our website www.missmimz.com; except for the following: 

  • Products that are already discounted or on offer;
  • Promotional items;
  • Special products;
  • Any other exclusions that may apply from time to time.

The Discount 

The discount entitles you to 20% off products purchased online via our website at www.missmimz.com . The discount begins on the date that we notify you that you are a Miss Mimz Artistry Programme Member and lasts for the duration of your membership, but subject to the Limit as stated below. 

The Limit 

The discount can be used to purchase products up to a maximum annual limit of Seven Hundred Malaysian Ringgit only (RM700.00). For avoidance of doubt, this limit refers to the after-discount value of the products. Should you exceed this limit, you will no longer be entitled to discounts for that year. 

Resale 

Products that are purchased by you using the discount are for your own personal use only. Discounted products may NOT be resold under any circumstances. If it comes to Miss Mimz’s attention that you are re-selling the products, we absolutely reserve the right to revoke the discount and your membership with immediate effect.  

Shipping and Returns 

Discounts do not apply to shipping or delivery costs. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds, returns, replacement or the like. Please click HERE for more information about our Return policy.

Miss Mimz reserves the right to modify the terms of this Miss Mimz Artistry Programme at any time without prior notice. Miss Mimz will communicate any changes to you via an email.  Miss Mimz reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend discounts at any stage without prior notice.
